The Importance of Transparency in Collaboration:
The quote: “Everyone is better off when they know why decisions are made with as much accuracy as possible. ..” The entire paragraph: truer words were never spoken on the subject.

If you don’t know the game plan, you can’t participate. (And, I don’t even play team sports.)

People who withhold information from others working on a project most likely do it to demonstrate some type of superiority over the other members. In the long run, it keeps the group from producing a better project.

Brainstorming can generate great ideas from someone’s concept. If anyone keeps information to him/herself, the project (which will be judged as a group effort, not an individual’s, will not succeed as well as it could.)
