Ryan Estrada day happened twice, but I think that’s the end of it! Too bad I missed the deadline for the sketch, I’d love a drawing of one of my movie characters to put in the credits!
We’ll be watching for when the movie is done 😀
As far as the sketches… Poor planning on my part, as I only got 6/23 done today, so I need to cram through the week to finish them. Another one of my “ideas” I keep adding to the pile of projects I’m still working on o_O.
Actually Ryan, if you happen to check back here, I did get an idea for a Sketch. It contains dialog I feel is something that would actually come up in the context of your characters. I’ll draw it after I draw the original 23 I owe.
One Robert E. Howard’s stuff – I don’t think his brand of Swords & Sorcery fic was out of fashion with the overall Lovecraftian atheistic worldview. On HPL’s side, the universe is uncaring, and man knows nothing. But on the more rugged, active REH side, man kills god(s). Literal atheism. That’s a cute god you’re worshipping. He’s all-powerful, huh? Let’s see about that. (Much like Cohen the Barbarian in Terry Pratchett’s The Last Hero.)

Im gonna recommend Mockman’s Lovecraft comic adaptions, his work follows Lovecraft’s text very closely, plus the details are amazing. He has already finished several short stories so its a nice quick read.
