This is the last of The New 52 reviews, and thus ends season 1! Next episodes will be some interviews with retailers on The New 52, 6-7 months after the release of the first issues. Plus a follow-up episode with the crew, giving our input on a few favorite New 52 titles, that we continued reading.
Season 2 of First Issue will start in May, as we go back an overflowing short box of first issues. The plan is to have weekly shows.
Do know that while this show is also available as a podcast, you miss out if you don’t watch the video! Also, all of the DC 52 First Issue reviews are relatively spoiler free. We co not give any spoilers about significant developments or endings, or try not to anyway.
Remember that we abridge these issues, and the show is by no means a substitute for reading it yourself. If any comics we review pique your interest, there are MANY places to pick these up!
We highly recommend you check out your local comic book shop first, as that is the BEST experience for reading comic books. Otherwise there are many sources online to read and buy comic books in a digital format: DC Comics on Comixology, Marvel Digital Comics, IDW Publishing on Comixology, Dark Horse Digital, Comixology, and Graphicly.

Six months after recording the first episodes, FINALLY all of the New 52 reviews are up! We lovingly poke a bit of fun at the That Guy With The Glasses video reviewers (that do storylines). Just a little.
I actually, would really LIKE to do storylines at some point, but really we just don’t have the time to even consider it. First Issue is still an experiment, as we move on to other and older comics, starting in May. We are primarily a (mostly) straight-forward comic book review show.
Also, we will not be reviewing any DC Comics for the next couple months.
